This is the coolest place I have found for KB workouts. I had gotten Keith Weber's Extreme RKB workout a while back and I just happen to see that he had #2 coming out. Well, you know I just had to have it! Keith is Kickass Kettlebells!

I've done his workouts a lot, but this second one I must admit left me sore. OOOOO I love that feeling. I wasn't able to do all that stretching in the beginning, but I did try each one and did as many as I could. I've had lower back surgery and have plates and screws in my lower back so I have to be careful at some things and my bending is limited, but I do as much as I can.

I have no problem with the swings, etc. In fact, I had back pain until I started using kettlebells. Now I don't have hardly any pain, don't need pain pills, either! After surgery, I could barely walk for 3 months and physical therapy made me scream so I stopped that. I really thought I'd be in a wheelchair the rest of my life. But I made up my mind I wasn't going to be an invalid.

Then I discovered the Russian Kettlebell. To this day I can't remember how it came about. But I'm glad I found it and it will always be my main routine. No more stiffness for me!
