    Pistol squats (bodyweight only, pause at bottom) - 20 each leg.

    First time to attempt the pistol, was really tough, my legs are still aching 5 hours on! This was just another max test.

    Pull ups - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

    In limbo at the moment, going back to uni on Wed, so packing and unable to go to the gym. Had a go at testing my pull ups today though.
