    Did more getups and swings. Swinging the 32kg really forces you into good form: tightening up your muscles automatically, and there's no way you're going to muscle the weight up. Also did my first decent snatch - the high pull with a punch is a very good way of explaining it.

    Remember to do pullups and hamstring stretches.

    Have been watching and reading Enter The Kettlebell quite a lot recently; until now I had been scanning it, dipping in and out but I have been reading more carefully. Yesterday I was just playing around trying exercises here and there - in the early hours of today though I did box squats, face the wall squats, halos and pump stretches, followed by 5 getups on each side, then 30 swings.
