    Deadlifts to warm up, with 2 24 KG, mainly to get the hips loose and some blood flowing to the arms. Set of 10

    20 half get ups (ab focus) alternating 5 right/5 left/5 right/5 left

    20 Figure eights to a hold.

    10 renegade rows, 5 each arm.
