    At the tail end of a virus, still feel a little punk this morning. Speaking of punk, I stayed up too late watching the "Throwdown in Motown", Pacers vs. the Pistons & Piston Fans.

    Late for work, just grabbed a KB for a couple of exercises.

    KB windmill 24Kg x 5/5
    CB inward pendulum 15# x 10/10
    KB bent press 22.5Kg x 5/5

    Warrior Wellness - 2 and Fast & Loose for warmup

    KB Snatch for time: 20Kg x 10:00
    (Rules of engagement: Switch hands as desired (i.e., every 10 reps), rest in the over head rack position or just hanging down at arm's length in front of the body as needed. The KB doesn't touch the ground until the time is up).

    Rob had our group, at the last RKC, do 15:00 with a 12Kg. The idea was for the body to find the most efficent pathways to snatch while fatigue set in. ...
