    Comments: Week off from heavy lifting, starting new cycle on Thursday. I'll fill the week with intense cardio, core & light lifting. I'm thinking about a cycle of Crossfit for about a month. I want to continue "thin dowm" body fat. Right now, I'm at 9.5% and I want to go to 8% before summer.
