    Side Press: Bar (8 x 1)
    Chin: +15 (10 x 1)

    Finished with incline situps holding plates, and static bar holds in the rack.

    Deadlift 200 (10 x 1) - Started on each minute.
    Side Press: Bar (6 x 1)
    Chin: +10 (10 x 1)

    This workout I did the side press and chin separately. I finished with ab work (incline situps holding plates), and static bar holds in the rack (285, 225, 135).

    Side Press: Bar (6 x 1)
    Chin: BW only (6 x 3)

    This workout I did the side press and chin as a circuit. However, I'll need to do singles in the chin in order to start adding weight.
