Snatches: dice roll: 8 minutes
5L/5R on the minute, total reps: 80

Light day one day early this week since lesson tomorrow w/RKC.

Good news: Set a new PR with snatches, and continued my progression of reps per minute. 2 more weeks and I should be good to go at this rate. Minimal pinchingof hands, esp on later sets. Technique feels better, and though still needs work, I feel I know what/how to work it now.

Bad News: This was more like a 100% effort than a 50%. Don't know if the front squats taxed more, due to being one day early, or just that extra rep each side took that much more toll. Not worried, because I'm pretty close now, and didn't start to get really taxed until past the 5 minute mark. On the bright side, guess this makes up for yesterday being a little lacking!

Will probably test Sunday, back off for a week or two w/PM (possibly with 32 for TGU or single hand swings) for a week or two, then start new routine w/ VO2 Max.
