    11/20/08 Medium Day

    3 x (1,2) c & p w 24

dice roll 12 min., back to the days of PM! 12L/12R, 30 sec rest, repeat till finished. Felt like about the right intensity for medium day. A little harder than it should have since I'm still beaten up from yesterday.

    10/10
    10/10
    8/8
    2/2 total: 108

Good news: Exceeding snatch #s needed for RKC.
Bad news: Using 16, not 24; nowhere near SSST #s (had hoped for better scores based o swing #s from PM)

comment: Snatches harder than expected. More strength component than realized. ...

First day of ETK ROP (been doing PM with 16kg)

    Heavy day
Presses: 3 ladders of 3 w/24kg., minimal rest between rungs, 1 minute between ladders.

Swings: Rolled dice, 3 minutes, used 16 kg.
    20L/20R 15 sec rest
20L/20R a few seconds rest (realized how little time I had left)
    5L/5R

total: 90 Definitely was not as intense as could have/should have been. Was thrown by doing only 3 min after getting used to always doing 12 min ...
