    Swings (from now on, one handed w/ 24 unless otherwise stated) dice roll: 9 minutes

    total reps: 180

    C & P started at a good brisk pace, but ended up stretching to about an hour again. Not going to worry too much about this yet until I see how the next test goes, especially since I have been adding in a lot more TGU now.     total reps: 80

    Could have done much better on swings, but hands were not holding up; handle kept catching on blisters and jamming them; very painful. Had that not been the case, definitely could have gotten 100, even at medium effort.

    Snatches w/24 dice roll 8 minutes: 8 x 2R/2L
    total reps: 32

    Pressing felt very weak. Was disappointed, but on the other hand, did 8 minutes of TGU yesterday, plus snatch practice, and got to bed late, so maybe I just need recovery time, and maybe I'm rusty. Will see how this week and next goes.

    Was pretty please w/ snatches, esp. for first real snatch workout with the 24. Did half what I need for the RKC. Conditioning ...
