I welcome comments and questions, so PLEASE do. I wish I would have made the descision to use KB seriously sooner than deploying. Found them in 04 after tearing an Achilles Tendon and needing "Cardio" without the impact of running. They worked well, but I just didn't get serious with them then.

24K: C&P Ladders 5 x 5th Rung.
Wow, this was hard to get. Not sure if it was just because My mind wasn't in it or ROP is catching up with me. I had to rest about 5 minutes or so starting after the 3rd ladder until I felt "ready" for the next.
24K: Swings x 5 minutes
Did the following sequence L, R, then 2 hand swings. Rep scheme 10, 10, 8, 5, 5. I cheated and watched the Gymboss as I gasped for oxygen between the sets mentioned above and guessed on the reps as time passed. I think I averaged about 30 to 50 secs rest before the next set. Wow.......
