warm-up: tgu + oh lunge 53x2,2x1+5
zercher lift 132x3; 182x3; 220x2; 270x2
conventional deadlift 270x1; 360x1; 430x1; 450x20x1; 450x1; 500x1
Comments: Felt pretty good; lifting was nice and solid, too. Once the blood got flowing, back felt particularly springy. I did the zercher lifts with my normal sumo stance, which was a very interesting feel. I think doing these before my conventional pulls will be good for my sumo-specific hip flexibility. Conventional pulls were snappy; roughly one pull at the top of every minute. Final two singles were done sumo style.
