inverted reverse leg lifts 1x5; Tubingx5 --alternated with--
hlr + skin-the-cat + back lever + front lever 1x1+5+1+1; 10x1+5+1+1

Comments: Weight was held between my feet for the high bar series. I use a strap around the ankles looped through a weight between the feet, a la Chris Sommer's preferred system for gymnasts.
