Comments: Lifting from ~12:30 am until 1:00 am - not ideal, but so it goes. Lower back has still been a little weird, so I'm staying away from stuff that might irritate it, like heavier squats/pulls. The lighter pistols and front squats felt good, though. The front squat rack was particularly comfortable during this session. Presses were tougher than expected; I chalk it up to the late hour.
