    high incline p 135x3; 155x3; 175x3; 195x3
    bench p 135-Greensx3; 185-Greensx3; 235-Greensx2; 275-Greensx2; 315-Greensx12x1; 340-Greensx1; 225x5

general circuit (rows, pull-ups, triceps push-downs, wrist-rolling, hip raises, hip bridges, leg raises, hanging sit-ups)

Comments: Some nice pressing today; after not bench pressing in almost a decade, my press seems to be improving rapidly. Technique settled in as I went through the singles with 315 plus reverse bands ...

    sumo deadlift 132x5x3; 222x5x3; 310x2; 400x2; 488x1; 558x1; 608x1; 540x3x5
    standing roll-outs 1x5

Comments: Did things in a bit of a different order today. No rhyme or reason to it; I just felt like doing something slightly different. Next week, I'll be back to preceding my sumo deadlifts with a general warm-up and hack lifts. I will also go back to doing the 3 sets of 5 before any heavier singles.

    jerks 53x10,10; 70x10,10; 106x8,8
    military p 70x1,1; 106x2,2x1
    pistols 70x1,1; 106x2,2x1
    standing roll-outs 1x8

Comments: My pressing was cut short by time constraints yesterday, and I didn't get a chance to do the reverse band bench presses I've been working. Rather than revisiting the lying presses two days in a row, I decided to reacquaint myself with some heavier kettlebell stuff. The 106 pound bell felt like some real weight on the forearm; I'm not used ...

    warm-up: bar workx~a few minutes; power snatches 88x12; 132x1; 152x1

    sumo deadlift 330x2; 400x2; 470x2; 530x3x5; 600x1

    standing roll-outs 1x8

Comments: It's getting a bit colder outside, so it took me an extra 10 minutes of warming up. I haven't felt that great the last couple weeks either, so I needed a little bit of blood flowing if I was going to be able to tolerate the physical stress/connective tissue stretching ...
