This was a very odd week with 2 nearly back to back heavy snow storms. I did not do a formal workout and was stuck at home most of the week but still I did a ton of snow removal, for myself and 2 neighbors, and was never sore. Towards the end of the week, I started to get sick.

Observations: tough week, parents visiting and I got very sick on Sunday (throw up, very dizzy) but felt much better on Monday and had a limited week. Still no optimal sleep. Lost about 2.5 lbs in a week just cutting out bad stuff in diet and ate little when sick. Proud to make 2 key goals from 2009: did 5L x 5R with 20kg and biked 2011 miles to work--broke 2K barrier, in 2008, I had about 1991 miles.
