WARMUP
Hamstring stretches
10 overhead squats with broom
waiters walk w/16kg/arm
suitcase carry w/16kg/arm
one lap heartbeat with 16kg
5 goblet squats to push knees apart

WORKOUT
1 circuit continuous
tabata front squats with double 16kgs: 20 seconds squatting, 10 seconds resting: only got 90 seconds worth. (first try at this)

one minute jog with big nasty stone (160 lbs)

one minute of plank

16kg rows in two steps: first to navel, second to nipple, 7/arm

10 pushups

stretches

Tabata is for real and I'm not as ready as I thought I was for that business.
