Mess around, S&C workout, play w/ new toys/exercises

Warmp up:
Snatch w/ 16, 10R/10L,20R/20L,30R/30L,40R/40L, bell never touched the ground, just switched hands till done.
Press w/ 32, 2 sets of 5

Messed around w/ the 48
Jerked it 3 times each hand.
Swings 20R/20L

Snatch w/ 24
1 min R/1 min L

Rack hold w/ 24
2 min

Full body attack (a Mahler thing), kind of like a weighted burpee. Mike if you read this comments are welcome, especially tomorrow when I try the full body defense.
Done w/ 24s, 3 sets of 5
Pushup on the bells, legs brought up to just pass the bells and cleaned, then put back on the group and started over.

Heavy jump rope came yesterday, did a quick program that came w/ it.
4# rope, 30 sec on/30 sec off, 6 min total.
Wow, I'm going to like this.
