Still feeling Friday's workout.

Warm up:

Swing/Bottoms up clean = 1 rep
5r/5l w/ a 16, 2 sets
5r/5l w/ a 24, 3 sets

Snatch w/ 24
2 min R/2 min L

10 min rest

Jerk w/ 24s
2 min
Disappointed in these.

Dips
3 sets of 8, was actually pretty easy, need weight next time

Squats
225# 3 sets of 8, again easy, need more weight next time

Swam for 30 min
