    Warm up:

    Machine bench press ss. w/ jumping rope and box jumps

    Machine leg press ss. w/ jumping rope and jumps

    Rows ss. w/ jump ropes

    Tri extensions ss. w/ curls

    Various lunges, slides and jumps on the basketball court ss w/ ab work

    Rest of the week is back off after completing the clean/press/front squat program. Will probably test snatch/jerks this weekend.

    Plan for 2007 is to give GS an honest go of it, which I haven't done to date. Plan from now till mid-March when I go to Fed's cert is work on time w/ 24s, supplemented w/ 32+ work, general aerobic work and squatting. Between the cert and Nationals, focus on competing w/ the 24s.

    After that, just have fun w/ training. Kayaking, biking, KB's. ...
