Just starting out to find to nudge the muscle groups. Doing the 5x5x5...
1-Arm DB Suitcase Deadlift: 45lbs (Had to work at getting this techniqe right)
DB Overhead Press: 45lbs
Parallel Squat: 195lbs (Legs did not like cold start; had to get comfortable with Smith set-up)
Bench DB Row: 45lbs
Close-Grip Bench Press: 135lbs
Turkish Get Up w/DB: 45lbs x 3.5
