Felt yesterday's workout, but still felt strong. Didn't move any weights but likely tomorrow.

1-Arm DB Suitcase Deadlift: 45lbs (Still working to getting this techniqe right)
DB Overhead Press: 45lbs
Parallel Squat: 195lbs
Bench DB Row: 45lbs
Close-Grip Bench Press: 135lbs
Turkish Get Up w/DB: 45lbs x 3.5
