Training Log: July 5th, 2006

Definitely feels like this is the third day for the 5x5x5.

1-Arm DB Suitcase Deadlift: 45lbs (Had to work at getting this techniqe right)
DB Overhead Press: 45lbs
Parallel Squat: 195lbs
Bench DB Row: 45lbs
Close-Grip Bench Press: 155lbs (moved it up 20lbs)
Turkish Get Up w/DB: 45lbs x 4 (finally got up x2 with the left arm)

My first go at HOC w/o -- Yikes! Had to modify due to track being less than 1/4 mi (about 1/5 mi per lap)... then I brought only one DB... So I modified it and still got killed. I neglected to time myself, but admittedly it was slow. I estimate that it took me at least 20 minutes to complete.

4 x (1 lap + 10x35lb DB swings l/r + 10x35lb DB clean/snatch l/r)
