I seem to forgotten about our formation PT sessions on Friday mornings. I'm going to use it as a poor substitute for my HOC w/o planned for the afternoons. I will do my 5x5x5 instead in the afternoon. UPDATE: 5x5x5 canceled due to unforseen circumstances.

MORNING PT:
2x circuit 1min/station
Step-Ups
BW Squats
BW Lunges
Sit-Ups
Flutter Kicks
Push-Ups

2.5 mile run
