1-Arm DB Suitcase Deadlift: 45lbs (Still working to getting this techniqe right)
DB Overhead Press: 50lbs
Parallel Squat: 195lbs
Bench DB Row: 50lbs
Close-Grip Bench Press: 155lbs (Tried 185, but failed on three)
Turkish Get Up w/DB: 50lbs x 4

AFTERNOON HOC
4 x (1 lap + 10x35lb DB swings l/r + 10x35lb DB C&J l/r) + 1 lap
1 lap = .2 mi
