On January 15, 2007 I purchased the ETK book, DVD, and 16kg kettlebell and STUDIED alot before training.

On April 16, 2007 I began my kettlebell journey.
I didn't journal my Program Minimum exercises. So, for a month I just gradually increased my numbers. I always did the FTW Squat, Halos, and Pump Stretch for 5-10 minutes; two TGU days/week from 3 to 5 reps in 5 minutes; and two swing days/week from 20 to 50 swings with a minute break for 12 minutes. Then finished ROP August 4, 2007.
The Gymboss timer is a must and the ETK Workbook is an excellent tool!

August 6, 2007 - ETK/24kg. Finished December 8, 2007
(Repeated ROP weeks 8-12).

December 17, 2007 through March 3, 2008 - PTTP.
Begin: DL 180x5 - SP 45x5
Finished: DL 300x5 - SP 70x5

On February 19, 2008 without hesitation I decided to go to the RKC Workshop in Los Angeles on August 1-3!

March 10, 2008 - ETK/24kg - 2-week Program Minimum & 2-week ROP (5 Ladders & Rungs).

April 8 2008 through May 4, 2008 - ETK/32kg - 4-Week Program Minimum.

May 5, 2008 I created a routine from an article by Brett Jones in HardStyle to prepare myself for the RKC in August.
