Resumed a light workout today, mostly to see what movements I can and cannot do with the lower back issue. I can't do front squats.
R-phase routine
5min 12kg TGU alternating sides
10 pumps
10 16kg DL
5 12kg single-leg DL on each side
10 12kg swings (last night, no problems at all)
several mixed C&P on each side, 12kg and 16kg
12kg front squats - caused problem
At the bottom of my front squats, my lower back curls in under me...
