Did a few 28kg front squats and spread 6 sets of SS presses over the commercials of the LSU game on Saturday, all well rested. LSU lost anyway. Good foam roller session before bed. Didn't lift so much as a fork on Sunday. May bump up swing volume as soon as weight feels comfy. Got a Z-Health followup tonight.
