These exercises are performed monday-friday only. 2 hours.
Stretch good 10 minutes before exercise
Push ups 20+ 4 sets
Pull ups total so far 39+ after doing repeated reps of 2-3 until I reach total.
Dips 20+ 3 sets
Calf raises 200+ 3 sets(on toes stand up and down)
Sprints under 25 seconds up and down hill 5 times
Jog 1 1/2 mile
