About 4 solid months of RTK. Ballistics 100 reps broken up in 2-12 rep sets in 25 minutes with double 32kg.
Grind 5(12345) plus the front squats with double 32kg in 26 minutes. Grind double 90 lbs. kbs for nine reps double military press.
