Military Press alternate with Renegade Row, 5 sets of 5 reps each, 1min rest per set

Front Squat alternate with Double Swing, 5 sets of 5 reps each, 1min rest per set

Double Windmill, 2 sets of 5 reps per side, 2mins rest per set

*Finally! Got off 5 sets of 5 reps comfortably for the Mpress! Got my full-body tension groove back!
