Mon 5th Week 3

32kg x 2

Single Military Press, 3 sets of 1 rep each arm, 2 min rest per set, all incomplete

Renegade Row, 2 sets of 5 reps, 2 min rest per set

Front Squat alternate with Double Swing, 3 sets of 3 reps each, 2 min rest per set

Double Windmill, 2 sets of 3 reps per side, 2 mins rest per set

*Just as I suspected, I can't mpress the 32kg even once with one arm anymore. Not as if I've done lots in the first place. Looks like I've got to train it seperately from the rest.
