Alternate Single Military Press, 4 singles each side, 2 min rest per rep

Renegade Row, 3 sets of 5 reps, 2 min rest per set

Front Squat alternate with Double Swing, 3 sets of 5 reps each, 2 min rest per set

Double Windmill, 2 sets of 4 reps per side, 2 mins rest per set

*All the lefts went up alright, right side only completed 1, the rest were 2/3. Getting my groove back!
