    Fun Day, visited a friend to try out his 40kg bulldog.

    Managed to do

    2 Windmills on the left and 1 on the right

    1 Jerk per side

    10 DARC Swings


    Tried Bent Presses, couldn't lock out. Took me a lot of strength just to hold the damn thing!
