    Military Press, 5 sets of 10 reps, 1min rest per set

    Bent Over Row, 5 sets of 10 reps, 1min rest per set

    TGU, 3 sets of 5 reps each side, 1 min rest per set

    (Made a mistake using 2 16kgs, should have started with 2 12kgs since 40% of my 1RM for mpress is 26kg, no wonder I came very close to failure for the last sets and my arms feel like they're about to drop off)
