    Military Press alternate with Renegade Row, 5 sets of 5 reps each, 1min rest per set

    Front Squat alternate with Double Swing, 5 sets of 5 reps each, 1min rest per set

    Double Windmill, 2 sets of 5 reps per side, 2mins rest per set

    *Mpress last set 2 reps. My mpress form has been lousy. Weight is very comfortable, so usually fail to use full-body tension. Will correct that next time.

    *Mpress last set 4 1/2 reps, 1/2 rep failed. Strange, I lack the energy rather than the strength, suspect my tempo has been too quick so far, will do it slower next time. ...
