    Ok, last week I tried out Crossfit's "Fran". Sad to say, I haven't gotten in a workout since I posted it last thursday (out of town, too much partying to Naked Warrior). So today I thought I'd try it again and see if I could go faster.

    Last week total workout time 26 minutes

    Okay guys, here is some of that diversity in training I was saying the board needs more of. Although in reality crossfit bears a striking resemblence to the Russian Kettlebell Challenge in many respects.
