    [COLOR=black][FONT=Arial]Today my 7am morning class did 10 minutes of snatches before cooling down. I used the 24kg aiming at 25 reps a minute (13 L, 12 R). I kept this up for the first three minutes hitting 75 reps then went all out getting 10L, 10R, 10L in the 70 seconds or so.[/FONT][/COLOR]

    [COLOR=black][FONT=Arial]I hit 105 in 4 minutes with about 5 seconds to spare. I wish I had been wearing my HR Monitor.[/FONT][/COLOR]

    9am - 11am: Taught 2 KB classes
    Performed Several Demo Getups with 32kg.
    Performed couple about 100 swings with 24kg.
    Rest of time teaching & sometimes participating if students looked safe & in good form.
    Spent too much time talking to students after class & entering their numbers on the PC
    Missed my usual workout time.
    1:00pm taught TKD class
    Feeling a little lethargic but decided ...
