Dbl 24's on the Clean/Squat/Press/Pull Up ladder... 3 ladders up to 4. As fatigued set in, each rung turned into a single... think I may restructure as the focus for me right now is strength through propper form and I felt the form slipping... I think I'll spend next Tuesday working on the Bret Jone RKC prep protocal using the Front Squat as the Main drill... will report back on how that went...
