This Week's training so far...

Monday - missed my 16kg Vo2 Max... stuck at work.
Tuesday - DBL 24kg KB Front Squat w/ Single Legged DL's. 5 ladders of 1,2,3, with pull ups - felt great. 110 Swing switches (in a row)
Wednesday - Single 36kg - C & P ladders 3 x 1,2,3 w/ pullups and 12 minutes of Swings in a reverse ladder... 20,15,10,5 x 3 (goal is 5)
Thursday - rest
Friday - Single 24 Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes 5+5 - next week will try 36:36 for 12 sets and 6+6 in the 36 second work set just to see how that goes...
