    Did some general single leg strengthening exercises on my good leg (still on crutches). Consisted of single leg squats, calf raises, and single straight leg deadlifts. Afterwards...

    Pull-ups:
    Wide grip 3x6 @ bodyweight
    Narrow underhand grip 3x6 @ bodyweight

    Dumbbell Rows: 3x8 @ 60 lbs.

    ***Hard to do much of anything while on crutches haha but I'm trying.
