    snatch 3 sets of 5
    overhead pulls 2 sets of 10, one set of 5

    25 minutes on the treadmill

    220.5 lbs and 27%

    Circiut training w/ some of the new IAFF regime.

    Pull-ups 4
    Push-ups 20 *3
    Dead Lift 185 3 sets of 5 reps

    Jumping lunges 10 each leg *3 sets
    Sitting twist ab workout w/ 8lb medicine ball 2 sets of 20
    Crunches w/ 8lb medicine ball 2 sets of 20
    arm curl w/ bar 75lbs 2 sets of 5

    Alarm cut w/o short and did not stretch.

    One hour of walking w/ gracie
