Double Swings, cleans, see saw press, front squats
Lunges to Highknee holding kb by horns
windmills

Get-up drills w/ kb overhead and sitting up
-Lots of partner and ground core work with body weight. Great class- Left quad hurts from lunges however. This was hurt playing softball

2 softball games
- left quad is really sore, and right knee is super tight. I played well
