    Today was a dissapointment.
    I went to test myself for the 24kg snatch test.
    Mentally I thought, 15L,15R,10L,10R rest, repeat X4 or 10 minutes had passed.
    I must have psyched myself out - I was shaking before hand, got 15L, 12R, rest, 4L, and shut it down.
    I also have not been swinging w/ the 24 on press days, only working out on shift by VO2 max program....
    I need to gain strength!

    full court b-ball this AM for about an hour....

    lunch, VO2 max, got through round 5 and had a call...about 5 minutes later I resumed and only made it to round 18. Sadness...

    PM presses...I had a light day, but it might have supposed to be a medium, oh well.
    Presses w/ 24kg...rests btwn ladders under 5 minutes, and the pistols and squats happened during that time.

    Sunday...
    VO2 max 16kg, 17/round...
    22 rounds

    Heavy day pressing,
    24kg
    had a 2nd bell, did double presses 1,2, see-saw 3,4,5 w/ pullups (1,2,3,4,5) after respective rung.

    LONG rest btwn ladders...playing Left 4 dead 2 on XBOX....came back for another ladder about every hours....

    Last ladder, on rung 2 I felt the neck bite! DOH!
    shut it down....bummer, I felt really strong on the doubles otherwise...

    early AM:
    40 minutes of basketball, ended w/ double champion, time 1:09:+
    I will get that down to less than a minute!

    lunch workout:
    VO2max
    16kg, 17/round
    24 rounds PR

    PM workout:
    Light day of ROP
    24kg 5X1,2,3, total = 30
    except I used the 32 for the single on the 1st 3 ladders.
    !st and 3rd, 2 hand push press.
    2nd, all me.
    pullups after each press 2,3,4, total = 45

    in between 1st 3 ladders ...
