OK.....back from being sick....bad cold!

30 seconds of 2 handed swings w/32kg...1 min rest 30 seconds of snatches w/24kg


X 3

30 seconds of straight punches ...1 min rest X 3

10 reps of low kicks...mid kicks ...& high kicks


Oh, almost forgot....200 reps of Abdominal exercises.
