    I did one set of 80 push ups and stretched front and side kick (F&L)

    After loading airplains for 8 hours, I went straight to the garage (The Scorpions Den...lol) and did ....

    15 2 handed swings w/32kg then 5 burpees
    rest 1 min.
    X 3
    7 snatches ea. side w/24kg then 5 burpees
    rest 1 min.
    X 2
    5 c & j's ea side w/24kg
    rest 1 min.

    15 burpees

    OK.....back from being sick....bad cold!

    30 seconds of 2 handed swings w/32kg...1 min rest 30 seconds of snatches w/24kg


    X 3

    30 seconds of straight punches ...1 min rest X 3

    10 reps of low kicks...mid kicks ...& high kicks


    Oh, almost forgot....200 reps of Abdominal exercises.

    3 sets of 2 handed swings w/32kg w/20 second rest periods
    82 push ups
    82 squats
    hit bag with combos
    lift.....1 set til almost failure with heavy weights...full body
