Good workout at Anytime Fitness

Working back and shoulders tonight

Back
Low cable rows: 5x5x255 (no more weight on this machine)
Nautilus lat pulldown machine 5x5x140,155,170,185,200
* a little trouble with that last 2 reps =)
Wide grip cable pulldown to chest: 3x10x225.
Reverse close-grip pulldown 5x5x200.

Shoulders
Reverse Pec Dec (rear Delts) 3x12x120
Machine shoulder flyes 3x12x65
Nautilus seated shoulder press 5x5x185,200,215,230,245, 2 reps at 255

Went up to my works fitness center, the next morning got 3 reps @ 265, tried 310, 1/2 rep but now I have another goal. =)

Abs
Nautilus ab crunch 3x20x110lbs

Wednesday morning - Active Recovery

2x?x35 one-handed swings
2x?x62 cleans
