Training Log: July 14th, 2006

Last night workout... it was storming like crazy outside, kinda strange I was the only on in the fitness center last night. Was a very weird feeling. Anyway, did pretty well on the plate loaded vertical press. Workout was as follows:

Db Side laterals 3x8x20
Seated db press 3x8x40
Incline rear db raises 3x8x15
wide grip upright rows 3x8x55

One large superset on shoulders

Vertical press plate loaded
1x6x180 (warm-up); 2x260; 1x306; 1x330; 1x340...I was suprised at how easily this went up, probably could have done more, but thought better of it.

After today its VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
