goood gracious GOD! glory to Him!
He gave me strength, and i repped out all 10 sets of squats!! at my 1RM before i started the smolov!
10x3 at 220 lbs
ended the tortuos base mesocycle.. went for a buffet and whacked up my appetite..n cant wait to bang out more reps on the rest of the program..
