    finished the smolov cycle, and i think my 1RM increased to 255lbs, thats

    35lbs / 16kg INCREMENT!

    gona start with front squats smolov cycle after my trip to HK

    goood gracious GOD! glory to Him!

    He gave me strength, and i repped out all 10 sets of squats!! at my 1RM before i started the smolov!

    10x3 at 220 lbs

    ended the tortuos base mesocycle.. went for a buffet and whacked up my appetite..n cant wait to bang out more reps on the rest of the program..

    Supposed to do 7x5 at 205 lbs, but i did 8 sets due to failure on my 7th
    Today's form was not bad!!

    However, i failed on my last set, 4th rep!!

    Shd have rested more in between each rep... i did 4 reps almost consecutively

    I rested for a while, and then did an 8th set of 5 rep, and called it a day.

    Oh NO!

    5x7 at 195lbs, but my form SUCKS big time! my lower back was straining after the workout...

    Think i need to do it in a squat rack with more concentration and focus.
    I did the squats today in a overcrowded gym, and on a bench press rack instead of a proper squat rack.

    My form was quite bad today, felt a little lower back ache, but stil finished nevertheless.

    4x9 at 185lbs

    Did one rep at a time for my 4th set, struggled like mad!
